During the NVQI-QOD Annual Meeting 2025, the registry’s growth and milestones were front and center:

- 41 participating sites representing 25 states and 231 physicians
- Nearly 30,000 total procedures and over 27,000 patients recorded
- Acute Ischemic Stroke: 16,062 cases (8,146 with follow-up)
- Cerebral Aneurysm: 12,291 cases (5,712 with follow-up)
- Arteriovenous Malformations: 1,475 cases (678 with follow-up)
